The flashlights were of very poor quality, I clearly ordered the wrong item. That was a mistake I make on our part. I had an issue with them not working properly and I contacted our your company Rep. and she responded immediately and was ready to take a look at the problem, in the meantime we figured out that we were not operating them properly. Customer service was very quick and helpful, at the end of the day, you get what you paid for, we should have ordered a better quality item. On a better note, they were distributed to staff and they all loved them. Would not hesitate to order from your company again.
