• Made of recyclable low-density film with a 2.5 mil thickness for durability and strength.
• Features a die-cut fold-over reinforced handle that prevents tearing and provides a comfortable grip.
• Has a 3" gusset that expands to fit items up to 11 1/2"W x 13"H. Larger items will cover the handle.
• Hunter, Navy, Black and Purple can only be printed with metallic silver, gold or copper ink.

Crestline guarantees quality products at fair prices. Your custom imprinted items will be delivered exactly as you approved in your proof, free from material defects, or Crestline will issue you a refund.
Because our products are customized, we cannot accept returns, outside of material defects, on products once printed with your design.
If an issue arises with your order, our expert resolutions team will make it right.
A setup charge is a fee that our factories require to set up a screen to create each custom imprint. The amount is dependent on the item(s) being ordered. If the item is being re-ordered and the artwork is staying the same, you will not pay another setup charge. If the item is a new item, you will be charged a setup charge, as our factory will have to create a new customized screen, unless there is a free setup promotion on the item.
Yes! Crestline gives you the flexibility to ship to individual addresses, such as to your clients or employee’s homes all over the US. All you’ll need to provide is a list of the recipients’ addresses and we’ll do the rest to get those promotional products to their doorsteps. I first contacted your company for a quote on some hand out bags we use at our Annual meeting. Our original supplier could not get what we were looking for at the time due to Covid and resources. I was in contact with our sales rep in sales and I wanted to see one of the bags before I made a larger purchase. He said no problem and mailed out a bag quicker than I anticipated. The bag was actually a better bag than we had used previously. We did the artwork and changed it a couple of times until it met what we were looking for. I told our sales rep when I needed to have them in my office and he said he would have them sooner. I actually received the bags well in advance of my Annual meeting. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't make another purchase with your company, they outperformed my expectations. Thank you.
