The website is very easy to use and I especially love that the images of the item are large and clear, and you can click every color option and see what it will look like. This is a game changer. Most sites you cannot see the exact item, and if so it's a tiny image that you can barely see.

The product is not what is exciting about my experience with Crestline. It was the Whoopie Pie. Working with the Crestline team has been a real pleasure. I was helped with the layout of the graphics. Suggestions for improvements were very helpful. The product arrived promptly, and was perfect. And nothing can beat a thank you gift with a hand-written note. I've shared it many times and posted it online. Very impressive.

Don't change a thing. The items in the catalog are so well searched with wonderful graphics - you know what you are going to get. AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE....I worked with Aubrey Holt - and she has now been the reason I will return to your company.....even though we are not encouraged to order outside of our preferred vendor - who has become complacent and slow and just doesn't have the selection and turnaround I experienced with my first emergency order!!
