I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The person was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The order was done to my specifications and was delivered when Iit was convenient for me to receive it. I also realized after I ordered it that I needed more..this was quickly accomplished! When the additional amount was mistakenly deleted from the order it was sent overnight at my convenience. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Kudos to my salesperson! Thanks.

I don't think there is anything that could have made this better. Rebecca Purrington was our rep and she did an outstanding job. Ordering went smoothly and we received the products quickly and our customer was thrilled. A+ Experience all the way around. We have battled with a company before that didn't feel our little mom and pop business was worth their time and it showed in their service. Rebecca was amazing, she replied promptly when I had a question and was so easy to work with.

I was very happy with the whole experience. I asked for a sample and received it quickly and then placed the order. The pricing was a lot more reasonable than some other sites I checked. Also, I received the product earlier than the date that I was provided. I would recommend Crestline.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the product and kept me informed about the whole process, including the logo approval process. We needed to complete the process in a timely manner since we were nearing the end of our fiscal year, and staff worked with us to accomplish our goals.

From the start, it was a very good experience. I worked with Dan Poulin - he was super helpful and informative. Requesting a sample, ordering the product, as well as the delivery, was all done in a timely fashion. The real surprise was the Whoopie pie....WOW! That was unexpected and very tasty! THANKS!!
